Partnerships support local communities and provide educational and cultural opportunities to the world’s more than 285 million blind individuals.

More than $3.2 billion is annually budgeted through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) to provide services and programs to individuals with disabilities, including those who are blind and visually impaired.
